Actor Sibongile Nagako brought the story KILLER BEES to life with vibrato at the North Coast Rep in two performances on October 28th. Now you can watch it! This excerpt from my memoir project Lives on Brown Cards won a spot in the 2019 San Diego Memoir Showcase. The theme of “I Didn’t See That One Coming” reverberates in this piece about the unexpected loss of a young patient and her family’s surprising response to her death.
